AN IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT BOUTIQUE RETURNS "BECAUSE IT DOESN'T FIT":

We offer you a money-back return policy for Boutique items as a courtesy to you.

Whirlingturban dresses have a unique and highly personal fit; they are not like mass produced clothing which is specifically designed to have to wide-ranging and general fit, sacrificing a very contoured cut in order to "fit the masses". Whirlingturban offers something unique in today's market; a VERY contoured garment like gals could buy "in the old days".

Return Policy-FOR BOUTIQUE ITEMS ONLY

Whirlingturban BOUTIQUE ready-made items are returnable for your money back for ANY reason, less the shipping costs that were specified in the boutique with the item description, if they are postmarked as having been posted within 7 days of your receipt of the item(s) and if the item is returned neatly-folded and in the same condition as you received it. (Unless you have requested that we make alterations to the item in which case the item is not returnable.)

You must email us of your intent to return the item to receive authorization to do so and to be given the U.S. address to use for your return. You agree to pay return shipping.

*Returns are difficult for a tiny company, but we do them with a smile because we think you deserve outstanding customer service.

*If you are unhappy for any reason, (or if you have a suggestion), please do contact us!!! We will bend over backwards for you!

*Although we strive to deliver a dress that does not need any alterations, the need for fine-tuning alterations on woven, non-stretch, form-fitting dresses cannot be regarded as an error on our part (while of course we'll accept a return for a Boutique item if you don't want to do the alteration.)

*This policy applies to our bombshell dresses, the items linked to this return policy only. The dresses in our Wedding Dress Boutique are not returnable.
