On the following web pages is the information we need in order to get your custom made item to you quickly.

In order to prepare your measurement info, you will need:

1) a helper

2) a measuring tape

3) about 1 yard of 1/4 inch black elastic, if possible, or something narrow like a string to tie around your waist

4) the underwear you will be wearing under your dress

5) a digital camera

Go through the measurements and fill them in. An error of even 1/2 inch can make a difference, so please take the time to do it correctly. But don't be scared, just be careful. Everything you need is explained here.

After you submit this form to us, we will review it and email you with your total and payment options. (You may start your dress with just a deposit.)

PLEASE DO NOT SEND CHANGES TO THE SIZE OR DEADLINE INFORMATION AFTER YOU HAVE SUBMITTED THE ORDER!!! This can lead to errors!
