Hand-printed just for Whirlingturban, these little black polka dots look like they were hand-painted, one by one, by Keebler elves. The high-quality cotton fabric and workmanship of the dress are pristine.

To create a focal point at the bust, we've used our very own hand-woven cotton, made with just a whisper of fine, silver metallic thread in the weave! The effect is subtle and has a quality, vintage look.

Our charming Wing Bust style was made by studying an original from the 50's designed by the brilliant Alfred Shaheen. The lines are ingeniously flattering and the "wings" at the bust dramatic and whimsical. Waist is flatteringly dropped, just a bit. Boned cups. A complex, designer dress that would cost 3 times this price in a bridal store.

The dress can be worn strapless or with either one of the two halter straps that are included; one in polka dot and one in the hand-woven, silver-kissed ikat. Let us know if you would like to order the strap in black.

We've photographed the dress with a white crinoline that is not included with the dress and we recommend that you order one to go with your dress. The sheer silk organza bows shown in some photos here are also additional and are available in several color choices. Skirt is unlined; if you'd like a circle skirt half slip to wear between the dress and your crinoline petticoat, you may order one from us.
