This is a new fabric blend for us. When we saw it we thought it was silk and cotton due to the subtle polished look of the fiber. It's actually 100% cotton with only the subtle sheen of the cotton fiber itself while it has a perfectly matte finish and is a natural white with a hint of ivory. This is woven, locally, on a hand loom with no machinery involved.

This dress style is our popular Wing Bust bodice combined with a 3/4 circle skirt at the waist seam! Compare it to our classic Wing Bust and you will notice that it does not have the box pleats in the skirt. For some people- those without a small waist or those who are more petite in stature, this skirt style is more slimming and elongating as it completely eliminates all the bulk around the upper part of the skirt. Still, this skirt shape is full and perfect to wear with a charming crinoline.

This dress comes standard with the matching narrow belt with genuine mother of pearl buckle included; an exact reproduction of a buckle we found in an antique store. Crinoline is not included but we can tell you where to get a beautiful crinoline for a fabulous price.

Comes with a center back zipper but also available with plain back and side zipper; inquire.
